About the Trust

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Undertake administration functions for the department, such as data input, management of the team email inbox and writing of meeting minutes.

· Undertake accurate recording / inputting and amending of data within Trust information systems.

· Communicate effectively with the use of tact and diplomacy and seek to overcome barriers to effective communication. This may require the use of multiple communication methods, such as email and telephone.

· Work collaboratively with the wider departmental team to ensure a consistent and effective Patient First service.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent organisational skills.

· Communication skills (verbal and written).

· Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

· System knowledge of Practice Assessment Record and Evaluations (PARE) System. (Desirable)
