Avaliable Job Today Care & Repair Western Bay is a registered Charity working across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot to ensure that all older people have homes that are safe, secure and appropriate to their needs. We are currently looking to recruit an Administrative Officer to join our busy team.
This post will involve dealing with clients on the telephone and by email, completing referrals for various housing- related works, recording and updating all paper and computer records relating to referrals, liaising with various external organisations, e.g. statutory sector health, social care and housing professionals and third sector partners, Supporting the monitoring and checking of financial calculations and issuing evidence of completed works as required by individual funding partners.

This is a full time post of 37 hours per week Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.

Salary: £19,000.00 per year
