Energy Officer Council Housing (Administrative)

July to September (3 months initially)

Reporting to Head of Asset Strategy within Investment and Resident Safety service The Council Housing service is looking for someone to fulfil the Energy Officer role working with the Asset Management Team.

You will need to deliver an effective, efficient and customer focused service in line with Corporate Policies and within national and local legislative requirements.

The successful candidate will:

• Undertake a range of financial and administrative duties to include use of the Council’s electronic procurement systems as required by the service
• Undertake data entry and analysis, basic accountancy, internal customer contact, and understanding service specific financial and administrative tasks
• Provide timely responses to invoice queries and escalate urgent issues to management team

Rate: £17.77 Umbrella

Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: £17.77 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Administrative/ Housing: 1 year (preferred)
• Local Authority: 1 year (preferred)
