Job description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our family run business on a permanent basis.
35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am - 4.30pm.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for producing documents & spreadsheets for the Directors
- Answering telephone calls/Emails
- Filing & scanning
- Prepare Invoices and Statements
- Assisting with general queries
- Adhoc admin duties
- Order stock and supplies
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel & Word
- Excellent attention to detail
- Polite & patient, telephone manner
- Good written communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- The ability to multi-task, organise, prioritise work.
- Order materials with suppliers
- Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
- Salary will be discussed depending on level of experience
