Due to company growth and expansion, we are seeking additional administrative support within our busy purchasing department.
Attention to detail, following a task through to completion and an ability to manage multiple tasks is essential.

You will receive excellent training and support in your role, which will include:
- Liaising with suppliers to source & obtain prices
- Create, issue & log purchase orders
- Process online purchases
- Diarise & coordinate deliveries
- Ensure materials are delivered, checked & stored correctly
- Check invoices against purchase orders and authorise
- Arrange returns
- Assist with credit card reconciliation
You’ll need great attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision and on your own initiative to ensure all work gets completed ahead of tight deadlines.
