About the Role
This is a role providing a high level of administrative support and assistance to legal advisers within our Property Management team. The successful candidate will work with our legal advisers, who are focused on recovering Service Charge and Ground Rent arrears in relation to residential leasehold properties, on behalf of national Managing Agents.
This role is an opportunity to work in a team environment where you can make a positive contribution to a growing department and understand one of the more fast paced areas of our legal practice. Within this role you will be expected to handle inbound and outbound calls, with a good level of attention to first call resolution and also complete a range of related administrative activities, for example but not limited to; preparing and issuing Letters of Claim, processing payments, sending receipts and chasing payments.
About you
Primarily, we are looking for individuals with strong call handling experience – particularly those who can demonstrate prior experience of first call resolution and objection handling. Whilst not essential, ideally you will have previous debt recovery experience, or aligned transferrable skills. The role will suit individuals who can demonstrate very strong administrative skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will need to follow established priorities, processes, and procedures in order to ensure compliance with our internal processes and external regulators requirements. You must be able to deal with both customers and general members of the public by telephone or email in a clear and concise manner, whilst remaining professional and representing Brethertons and our customers brand.
