John Henry’s is a highly reputable, multi-disciplined supplier to the Music and Entertainment industry over 48 years. Our growing business has a vacancy for an Administrative Assistant who will assist our office staff in daily routine tasks with attention to detail and a desire to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Responsibilities & required skills:
** MINIMUM OF TWO YEARSALL ROUND OFFICE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION**
· An effective communicator both verbal and in writing and be able to use a range of communication tools.
· Numerate with good attention to detail.
· Good PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Time management skill and ability to prioritise.
· The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
· Liaising with internal departments.
· All administration and ad hoc duties as and when required.
· Some basic accounting experience is a definite advantage as you will assist with posting entries.
· Totally customer focused and able to deal creatively with queries and issues.
