Job description
We're looking for a conscientious Administrative Assistant to help with the companies stock inputting, invoice processing, website/e-commerce inventory and general office admin. As our company has grown substantially in the last 5 years, as has the admin side of things and so we're expanding our team to maintain our efficiency and speedy service!
We use a jewellery-specific stock system which is integrated to our website, and we will provide in-house training to ensure you're confident with the process.
Good grammar and written English skills are essential as we would ideally like you to curate website titles and descriptions for jewellery items that are transferring through to our e-commerce site.
The role is approximately 15hours/two days per week, but ultimately we can be flexible should you prefer to spread the hours across the week/weekend. The work is office-based however, we may offer flexibility with home-working after adequate training.
