Based at the Brighton Met Campus
At Brighton Met we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Central Brighton Met Campus. This site has recently benefited from a 16 million pound reinvestment and we are proud to offer our school leavers, apprentices and adult learners cutting edge facilities in the heart of the City.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can support the administration team to deliver an outstanding service for staff, students and our external partners. We are offering an interesting and rewarding experience within a busy Further Education College and opportunities for you to develop your skills as part of a friendly and supportive team.
We are looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of office/finance administration
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
The working pattern for this role will be discussed at interview and requests for flexible working/term time arrangements will be considered.
