Executive Administrative Assistant Job Description
Position Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant will perform advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. Responsibilities will include supporting multiple Executive Leaders with maintaining calendar, travel itineraries, scheduling meetings, and assisting with expense reports. In addition, this role will support the Finished Plumbing facility in Sanford, NC.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar appointments, travel, and expenses for executive leaders.
- Support leadership team with administrative duties as assigned.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for monthly meetings.
- Maintain daily reports in Excel or other formats.
- Resolve routine and some complex inquiries.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
- Manages daily incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintains phone directories and distributes as needed.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and meeting rooms as requested.
- Arrange for catered meetings and events.
- Assist with community and associate related events.
- Ordering of supplies and other items as required by Purchasing team.
- Provide other administrative support as directed.

Experience and Skill Required
- High school diploma required; a degree is a plus.
- 5+ years as an executive administrative assistant
- Advanced skills in MS Office suite
- Experience with online research
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Experience supporting at executive level required.
