Woodcock Law & Notary Public have been established since 2019 and provide legal services with offices in London, Sheffield and Manchester.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant within our Sheffield office.
We are based in a prime position next to the Sheffield Interchange and Train Station.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone who is well organised; focused and has good attention to detail and who can work to and meet tight deadlines; you must be able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office and in particular Excel is essential.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Managing all administrative tasks in relation to our notarial services protocol spreadsheet
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing emails
· Updating general administration spreadsheets
· Data inputting of all incoming payments received from clients via card payments and bank transfers.
· Assisting in the processing and distribution of internship information
· Scanning, filing and printing of documents when required
· Dealing with post
· Booking appointments when required and updating diaries
· Ordering of stationery for all offices

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

Must be well organised
Grade C/Level 4 or above in English Language and Maths

Work Schedule - Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
