About us
We are inclusive, engaging, professional company working in the cloud tech industry.
We are looking for an experienced administrator / bookkeeper to help us get up to date with our books. We expect that to take one month. Afterwards the role will become part-time at approximately a half day every two weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits and other accounting-related tasks.
- Work with the CEO for the issuance of purchase orders. Ensuring each purchase has a purchase order associated with it.
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements to ensure all invoices have been received and recorded in our system.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Managing and entering expense reports for staff.
- Look for ways to improve on current processes.
Experience Required:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Accounting/Bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Quickbooks online and Wave Accounting is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to complete repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of industry best practices
