Job description
Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Business Support Assistant Administrator to work within the management team for Children and Family Services. In this role you will be working in a team of business support to complete tasks for the Head of Service and Service Managers.
This is a full time role over five days and will include:
- Provision of a range of administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Children and Family Services and Service Managers
- Efficient and timely diary management
- Arranging and minuting meetings
- A range of financial tasks using Agresso

You will need good communication and organisational skills but most importantly is a willingness to play a part in a busy team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the work of Children and Family Services.
