Not only do we provide building & estate management services for developments of all sizes, but we also cover all aspects of sales & lettings across the UK, servicing overseas clients too. And what’s more, we even have a separate team focused exclusively on providing soft services such as cleaning, caretaking, and maintenance to residential and commercial sites.
We are now looking for a Property Admin Assistant to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 16 hours per week, Friday, Saturday & Sunday (open to flexibility).

You will be a champion for maintaining high standards of site presentation. You will be an excellent communicator who strives to deliver on customer needs. You’ll thrive working in a fast-paced environment whilst demonstrating diligence and strong organisational skills. You will be eager to support the Resident Experience Manager with operations and proactively engage with all residents.
You will carry out a range of assistance tasks across our brand-new property in Sheffield with 95 lettable units. Ensuring all our residents, guests and contractors receive exceptional customer service and care, you will answer queries, presenting a professional and courteous approach as the face of the business.
And what will you be doing?
No two days are the same but the below gives you a flavour of some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with.
- Cover the reception desk and respond to resident queries efficiently, answering and assisting with all customer queries, both face-to-face and on the telephone.
- Support on resident retention strategies; working with Central Services & third-party agents to coordinate viewings and maximise occupancy of the property.
- Providing day-to-day support for all aspects of the accommodation management, including the housekeeping, security, sales, and administration teams.
- Creating and managing the online presence on social media channels in line with Centrick brand guidelines.
- Welcoming visitors to the properties, ensuring relevant security and identity checks are carried out.
- To maintain an up-to-date record of all events/incidents on the complex and report to the Resident Experience Manager as necessary and in the cases of serious incidents, immediately.
