Job description
Ideally the candidate should have previous experience in an office environment.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and photocopying
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Perform data entry and scan documents
Carry out company’s errands
Answer calls from clients and assist with their queries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and maintain office supplies for department
Additional training will be provided by the company.
Qualification:
· At least 5+ GCSE's
· 1+ years of hands on administrative support experience
· proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
· knowledge of operating standard office equipment
· excellent communication skills – written and verbal
· ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills
· good research skills and attention to detail

Salary: From £23,000.00 per year
