Salary scale: £negotiable dependant on experience
Fixed term of 6 months, full-time
Duties for Administrator
Assist Line Manager in executing all aspects of the company’s insurance procedures
Arrange approval of renewals with stakeholders
Arrange site visits with engineering inspectors
To dispatch and keep an accurate record of:-
- Reinstatement valuation reports
- Claims and settlements
- Renewals
You may be asked to carry out additional tasks within your capability, in order to meet the needs of the business.
What We’re Looking For:
Essentials
- Must have grade C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Excellent level of written English
- Confident using Microsoft Office packages
- Confident communicator
- Friendly and professional
- Calm under pressure
- Resourceful and able to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Desirables
· You will have worked in a similar role previously and be able to show how you demonstrated excellent administration skills.
· We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated, willing to learn and can work as part of a team.
· Able to thrive working in a very busy environment, with a high volume of workload.

Salary: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
