What you’ll be doing...
You’ll ensure that all is running efficiently for the executives in your group. You’ll be answering calls, greeting guests, planning travel, scheduling appointments, handling travel expenses, and essentially looking after the day-to-day operations in the office so that the executives can focus on the business while you take care of the rest.
Supporting several leaders with lots of direct reports.
Screening and prioritizing communications, both external and internal.
Preparing agendas, reports, presentations, and other important materials.
Scheduling and arranging meetings and appointments.
Some evenings and weekends may be required in urgent situations.

You’re phenomenal at developing your own process that keeps you organized and on schedule, while ensuring those you support stay prepared and informed. You are ready to lend a hand to others—and happy to do what it takes to support the team.
You’ll need to have:
A Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree.
Juggled multiple high priority projects.
Supported a team for their administrative needs.
Great Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island or Washington work location, the compensation range for this position is between $63,000.00 and $117,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
