Posting Details
- Assist with teacher candidate placements, including coordinating, tracking, storing, and maintaining database records.
- Communicate professionally and timely with students, district partners, and UTA faculty and staff to monitor and ensure appropriate follow-up for all correspondence.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality is a must.
- Coordinate travel and process travel reimbursements.
- Compose and present reports.
- Act as liaison for the CoEd Office of Educational Field Experiences.
- Support a team and project-based effort when approaching and addressing tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of upper level clerical experience or high school with five (5) years of increasingly responsible administrative, secretarial and clerical or the equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- PeopleSoft experience.
- Understands Educator Preparation Program procedures.
- Knowledge of Texas Education Agency as a compliance entity.
