Student Administration and Academic Affairs is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join its team supporting Exams and Assessment in the Faculty of Medicine.
The Exams and Assessment team provides support to students and academic staff for all aspects assessment activity across Medicine undergraduate programmes. Major elements of the post include supporting the smooth running of all assessments, including practical clinical exams, dealing with enquiries from students and staff and updating university systems. You will work closely with members of the teams and colleagues across the University to ensure effective and professional support for all aspects of exams and assessment.
This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who would like to learn about administration in an education context. You will be an excellent team player, well organised and adaptable. Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
