The role

To provide administrative assistance to the School of Anatomy with a main focus of supporting the Schools’ Vesalius Clinical Training Centre, providing support with external courses and conferences from admin to ordering and setting up the catering provision. The role holder will also provide administrative support to the Bequest Office and the wider School when required.

What will you be doing?

You will:

  • Provide general office support to the Vesalius Clinical Training Centre and Bequest office and the wider School as part of a wider administrative team
  • Fulfil admin duties such as filing, photocopying, managing post, welcoming and directing visitors, dealing with routine office enquiries in person or on the telephone, and delivering messages
  • Arrange routine meetings, order catering and assist with the administration of conferences, workshops and other events such as conferences or Graduation receptions
  • Work to external course programmes to ensure catering requirements are met and delivered on time

You should apply if

You have administration skills with experience of working in a busy office environment. You are customer care-orientated with a commitment to service quality. You should be able to complete tasks to high levels of accuracy with attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
