Tudor House Financial Services is a niche Chartered Financial Planning firm based in the centre of Cardiff, specialising in providing independent financial advice to business owners throughout South Wales.

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our small close-knit team in the next stages of our growth and help us to continue to provide our clients with the excellent service they have come to expect.
The applicant should have excellent organisational and IT skills. Be able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). A background in banking/financial services is preferable but not essential as some training will be provided.
The position is non client facing but contact with clients by phone and via email is expected. Therefore, excellent customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client records, including data entry and updating valuations.
- Scanning post and attaching to client records.
- Making calls to clients and other financial providers, answering incoming telephone calls, emails and taking messages.
- Support Client Relationship/Practice Manager on any additional admin when required.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
