Domestic Abuse Helpline Administrator Support

£21,352.50 Per annum (pro-rata)
Fixed Term Contract ending 30/11/2023
37.5 hours per week

The Group consists of;
- Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance
- Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity providing services to those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and those who have been victims of domestic abuse across all age groups across the Midlands.
About the role
We are looking for a Helpline Advisor to:
- Increase the number of people able to access helpline support.
- Improve the health and wellbeing life of clients by providing a timely and responsive service.
- Deliver person centred outcomes by working in partnership with other service providers and signposting appropriately.
- To support in the implementation of Wider organisational business plans and strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively approach the promotion of traditional values, demonstrating pride in the work and service delivery.
- To ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of vulnerable adults, young people and children in line with Safeguarding regulations.
- Attending all training courses and delivering on the outcomes.
- Any other duties as required by the role.
- To contribute to positive, collaborative teamwork within the Domestic Abuse Service and wider Trident team.
- Attend regular team meetings and ensure effective communication
