Job description
We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Fairways.
You will be undertaking a range of general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- General administrative/clerical duties.
- Producing letters, emails and reports as required.
- Providing reception cover, answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries.
- Creating and maintaining records to a high and accurate standard.
The successful candidate should have:
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competent IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office.
- GCSE grade C qualifications or equivalent.
37 hours per week with flexibility to cover some evenings, bank holidays and weekends.
