The job in a nutshell
As part of our Technical Services team, you’ll be responsible for supporting various functions such as van fleet management (including fines payment administration), supplier trade card management and overtime processing.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the Maintenance Process, Efficiency and Reporting Manager in managing key support activities for the field team- Supporting the Maintenance Data Administrator with daily reporting activity
What we’ll expect from you
To succeed in the role, you’ll have strong numerical ability, be organised and disciplined, with a proven record of hitting deadlines consistently. You’ll demonstrate an ability to influence others to take action to achieve your own goals.
The role could involve some earlier and later starts and occasional weekend working so should be of interest to you if looking for flexible working.
In addition, you’ll need to demonstrate:
Basic Excel/Google Drive capability (further training will be given as needed)- Good attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint)
- Ability to work at pace whilst reacting to changing priorities
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Verisae (CAFM system) knowledge would be a bonus
