People Administrator
Salary – £24,000 plus benefits
Location – Leatherhead
Full time 39 hrs per week part time considered

Every day is different in this varied and fulfilling role. You will provide an efficient and proactive administrative support for the full employee cycle, from recruitment, onboarding through to leavers to ensure that all colleagues receive the best possible experience.
About you
We are ideally looking for someone who has:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- The ability to manage you own time, to be focused and adapt to demands and changes to deliver outcomes and meet deadlines
- Numeracy and written communication skills in Maths and English GCSE/ level 4 or above or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams etc)
