TRAD UK, one of the UK’s largest provider of non-mechanical scaffold products, are currently active in expanding their Hire & Sales department.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within our Hire and Sales Department for a confident and highly motivated Hire & Sales Administrator.
Within this role you will function across all areas of the hire & sales office, providing administration support and working to ensure the smooth processing of all contracts through our systems from enquiry to after-sales follow-up.
We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and excels at connecting with people who can communicate at all levels across the business & with customers.

Administrators Responsibilities include:
- Taking messages and directing calls to the relevant person
- Taking orders from customers and processing through to invoice stage
- To assist managers and the team with all administration support
- Part of the Administration team but show initiative to complete tasks alone
- General office duties
- Quotes for sales team
- Producing reports from Connect – training to be provided
- Assisting with client / inter depot queries
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information for the Management team.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
