TP Electrical Contractors (SW) Ltd are looking for a part time Administrative Assistant (20hrs per week) to join our team. You will need to have excellent communication skills both on the phone and by email, have a keen eye for detail and be able to work to tight deadlines.
Some of the tasks you would be doing:
- Checking supplier invoices and raising any queries.
- Talking to customers and suppliers over the phone – being confident is a must!
- Data Entry into Excel and Sage
- General office duties, including filing/archiving.
- Supporting the Office Administrator
- Sending emails to customers and suppliers using Outlook
- Sales invoicing
- Producing sales quotations using Word
- Key holder
Essential Skills:
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook (essential).
- Ability to keep company/employee information confidential (essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Professional attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills.
The successful Administrative Assistant will ideally have a background in Administration, enjoy being organised and like working as part of a team! There will be some lone working at times.

Schedule:
- Generally, Monday to Thursday but flexibility is essential.
