Admin Assistant required Fradley Park Lichfield
I am currently recruiting for a well established client on Fradley park Lichfield who are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant
Responsibilities and Duties
- Producing sales orders for the warehouse to pick and pack.
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Act as point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Booking transportation for customer
- Arranging meetings with customers and suppliers
- Preparing paperwork for customers and warehouse staff.
- Managing the reception area, including helping drivers and visitors.
- General data entry
- Completing export documents for relevant customers and locations
- Managing confidential information
Qualifications and Experience required.
- PC literate
- Excel literate
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Previous experience with SAGE 50
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent problem solving skills.
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM.
Pay Rate
£10.42 - £12.00 Negotiable depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.42-£12.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lichfield, WS13 8RZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
