Are you an Administrator or wanting to get into Administration and have good customer service skills
Located in Warmley BS30, this is an opportunity for a enthusiastic Administrator to join a supportive team of Administrators within a Facilities Management and Engineering Maintenance company.
This company offer planned and reactive maintenance services to various commercial clients around the Bristol and surrounding areas. The role is to assist the team in making sure engineers attend site to deal with maintenance works within the clients SLA.
You will require basic administration experience and have great customer service skills as well as having a passion to work within a fast paced environment.
You will be responsible for assisting the admin team with all aspects of administration as well as working with the helpdesk team taking calls and logging jobs on to the system.
You will need to be computer literate and have experience of working with Excel, Outlook and Word. Have a good telephone manner and be punctual and reliable.
