As a result of growth in the market, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our admin team, within our Nottingham branch to provide support to the teams within the branch and nationally.
With a passion for administration and supporting colleagues, you will take pride in delivering a first class service to our staff. To ensure you thrive in the role, we will provide you with structured supervision and coaching to help you learn and develop within a commercial setting.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will need to be a strong team player, with outstanding administrative skills and a proven ability to work pro-actively. You will therefore need to have previous experience of working within an office environment, be computer literate and confident on the telephone, drafting relevant correspondence including emails and performing data input tasks. The role requires a conscientious individual, who can work off their own initiative and is always willing to learn. You will need to be enthusiastic and dependable, with great communication and time management skills, as well as having excellent attention to detail.
A day in the life of a an Administrative Assistant is never the same, however a typical day may include covering a range of administrative tasks including, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, performing data input and retrieval operations such as case opening and closing, using a range of IT systems.
