IFST is hiring! We are looking for a Business Administrative Assistant to support our work to promote food science and technology for the benefit, safety and health of everyone.
As our Business Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role supporting the IFST team with varied administrative tasks. This will include HR, office and facilities administration, as well as exciting opportunities to support our IFST member community and at IFST events. You will probably have entry-level administrative experience and are looking for a role in which you can further your skills and progress your career. We are a small, friendly team and all muck in to keep things running smoothly.
The role will be full-time for 35 hours per week. It will be hybrid remote, working mainly from home with up to 2x days per week in our Hammersmith office. You will also need to occasionally provide support at IFST events, such as our annual IFST Lecture and IFST Conference. The salary will be £22,000 per annum (plus benefits and performance-related bonus), and we ideally need someone available for an immediate start.
