Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an individual who can be a part of our team and assist our team members in all areas of their daily work.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs) preferred
- Must be able to work well with others and communicate effectively with others in a professional manner
- Must be able to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks; must be detail-oriented and organized.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to interact with patients in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will perform clerical and administrative tasks as assigned. This position requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Administrative Assistant will assist the Practice Manager in daily office operations. This position requires the ability to work onsite at the London office.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,714.00-£26,290.00 per year
