Our reputable company based in Beeston, Nottinghamshire is looking for a knowledgeable Administrative Assistant to help with the daily running of the office.
You will be responsible for actively assisting in all aspects of administrative duties, reporting to the Business Administrator.
This is a key role in the smooth running of day-to-day duties within an office environment. Some knowledge of accounts and invoicing would be advantageous, though training will be provided.
This position is for 35 hours per week from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm per day.
You will be a confident individual with administrative and IT skills and will ensure a reliable and competent service is provided.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have the following:
· NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent through working experience
· Experience of working as an effective team member in an office environment.
· Administrative experience
· Experience of organising, multiple tasking and managing own time.
· Ability in the use of Microsoft Office applications competently (Word, Excel,
Outlook)
· Handling telephone queries from external customers
· A keen eye for detail as accuracy is important
· Good communication skills, written and verbally
· Supporting the company field-based personnel
· Dealing and communicating with Council Housing and Housing Associations
· Scheduling and planning
· General administration duties
· Undertaking other such duties and responsibilities, as and when requested
