Job description

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

  • Work along side the Manager/Owner
  • Update care plans
  • Update risk assessments
  • Organising the Rota
  • Answer the phones in a professional manner
  • Help do paperwork
  • Answer the emails
  • Do spot checks with the manager.
  • Speak to service users family and professionals if needed and sort out any complaints that may come up.
  • General office duties.
  • Run the office if the Manager isn't around
  • Provide excellent customer support and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Domiciliary care office or clerical role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of care would be ideal but not essential
