Job description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Work along side the Manager/Owner
- Update care plans
- Update risk assessments
- Organising the Rota
- Answer the phones in a professional manner
- Help do paperwork
- Answer the emails
- Do spot checks with the manager.
- Speak to service users family and professionals if needed and sort out any complaints that may come up.
- General office duties.
- Run the office if the Manager isn't around
- Provide excellent customer support and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Domiciliary care office or clerical role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of care would be ideal but not essential

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
