This is an exciting opportunity to join South Hunsley School as an Administration Assistant. Each day you will be responsible for the administration and customer service provision at South Hunsley School and Sixth Form College.
This position is on a fixed-term basis to cover the secondment on the current postholder. The working hours are between 8:00AM and 5:00PM Monday to Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 15 days per year, which enables you to attend team meetings, training and development that sits outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary is £18,794.98 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month. This will include dealing with a range of enquiries through telephone and email including: Microsoft office and bespoke software systems, e.g. SIMS. What we are looking for?
We are looking for an individual has good communication skills, is an excellent team worker in a busy environment, with the ability to maintain a calm approach and work effectively under pressure. It is essential that the individual has obtained GCSE grade C or above or equivalent in Maths and English
