Job description
The Administrative Assistant, Ad Sales provides support to the Vice President, Account Executive and Planners in the Ad Sales department as well as manage all office related administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the ad sales team with deal maintenance, stewardship, brand allocations, cumulative posts, post logs, hold/order letters, weekly delivery monitoring and ADU/Makegoods
- Assist with media presentations to client agencies
- Manage all details and logistics related to internal/external meeting preparation, pre-call planning and itineraries.
- Answering phones, creating and processing expense reports and making travel/entertainment arrangements.
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word and Outlook is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- The ability to prioritize, a sense of urgency, and the ability to follow timelines and meet deadlines are essential.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized to perform efficiently
- Natural desire driven/motivated.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with all levels of management
- Candidate has Sales Assistant experience in television (preferred)
- Candidate has college coursework completed in TV and/or advertising (preferred)
- BA preferred
- 1 - 2 years related experience preferred
