School Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Based at Solihull Academy, The Quadrangle, Cranmore Avenue, Shirley, B90 4LE
Salary: Band B; £20,812 to £21,575 pro-rata; Actual Salary: £17,842 to £18,496 per annum
Contract: Full time; 37 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:00; Fri 08:00 - 15:30) Term time only plus Inset days, 39 weeks per year, (44.7 weeks paid).

We are seeking to appoint School Receptionist/Administrative Assistants to support our front of house at our provisions at Solihull Academy main site commencing September 2023. If you are a personable, compassionate individual who is driven to supporting all students to achieve their best then this is the post for you.
Candidates will have to demonstrate flexibility and enthusiasm and enjoy working within a team with all members of the school community. You will be required to act as the initial point of contact for incoming phone calls, visitors, parents and pupils with a professional, helpful and friendly approach to build positive ongoing relationships. You will also be responsible for providing a flexible, productive and responsive administrative service to the teaching team, support team and management team thereby contributing towards the smooth running of the school.
