Job description
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Building Control team, who work hard to deliver information on building regulations, demolitions, and dangerous structures.
You will be joining a dynamic and friendly team to support this vital work who represent both Rushmoor BC and Hart DC as a Partnership, based at Farnborough.
You will provide technical and administrative support to the Building Control Team, which involves checking Building Regulation Applications on receipt, carry out fee checks, measuring plans and checking for Public Sewers and Contaminated land.
You will be required to use the Uniform database to enter plans, and the Building Control Module for commencement and completions information.
You may have experience of working within a technical area related to the construction industry, and of using IDOX/Uniform software. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel but would be open to learning new IT challenges.
