We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to an additional £3.00 per hour:
Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am = extra £1.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm = extra £2.00 per hour
Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am = extra £3.00 per hour!
We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.
On top of your salary you can earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).

About the Role
To assist with data entry, filtering of incoming emails and compilation of information within the finance office. Key responsibilities will include:
- Inputting invoice information into invoice register.
- Adhere to strict filing system to ensure ease of locating invoices through to final batches.
- Reconciliation of purchase ledger against key supplier statements.
- Assisting with the posting and allocating of Adhoc payments to the purchase ledger.
- Assisting with the checking of and replying to accounts payable emails.
- Updating information on spreadsheets to monitor costs.
- Collating reports and information for Head of Finance.
- Assisting with other admin tasks within the finance office.
This role can be considered on either a full or part time basis (working 30-40 hours per week over 5 days), and could suit school hours. The full time equivalent salary is £22,000-£24,000 per annum.

- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent typing skills with high word per minute for data entry
- Organised self-starter with an ability to plan and prioritise
- Sound IT skills including excel
- Good communication skills dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
