Job description

Aramark at RNLI College are looking for a full-time permanent Admin assistant to join our busy and thriving team.

What we need from you/Duties to include::

  • To operate and maintain the effective use of computerised company systems.
  • To accurately receipt invoices/delivery notes in company systems and maintain paper/digital records of all invoices for audit purposes.
  • Assist in Payroll reconciliation and use of the payroll system Kronos.
  • Assist with weekly & monthly financial revenue input into company systems ensuring accuracy. Maintaining digital records of financial figures and paper back ups in line with company policy.
  • Banking – Completing daily RNLI banking, if necessary, Shopper 2 banking to Loomis, responsible for petty cash holding and reimbursements and weekly reconciliation and change order
  • Use email and telephone to communicate with suppliers, Aramark, and RNLI personnel.
  • Provide admin support for Management team as required.
  • Report and where necessary take action for any incidents of fire, loss, accident, theft, damage, unfit food or other irregularities
  • Audits – assist, if necessary, when audits are undertaken.
  • Ensure all weekly and monthly paperwork and reports are completed as per RNLI and Aramark requirements and filed appropriately.
  • To positively promote the company in both general conduct and standards

The shifts will consist of working 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
