Full-Time, Fixed Term (Maternity Cover until 25 October 2024)
Applications are invited for the post of Estates Administrative Assistant in the Estates Department
The Estates department is in the process of developing the Colleges historic estate to provide a 21st century campus and user experience that meets the increasingly contemporary needs of the people studying, working, and visiting here. This role will provide a broad range of administrative support tasks to members of the team and others within the college as required. In addition, they administer a number of committees and w0rking groups.
We require a professional and personable individual who can prioritise tasks and demonstrates a high level of organisational skills and flexibility.
The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
This is a fixed term post to cover a period of maternity leave until 25 October 2024. This appointment could end earlier than expected should the substantive post-holder return to work early.
