We are recruiting for an established company in Newark who have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join their team.
The Company is looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual who has meticulous attention to detail, excellent administration skills and an ability to be pro-active and work with minimum supervision.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing incoming business calls and email enquiries.
- Completing administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, laminating, receiving deliveries, and distributing to staff, booking accommodation, flights, ferries etc.
- Entering purchase invoices, statement checking, prepping credit card expense sheets.
- Ad hoc Admin Duties for Directors, Contracts Managers and Office Managers.
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Covering Reception duties, including but not limited to ordering office supplies, Greeting and signing in visitors warmly and offering them help immediately and preparing meeting rooms.
You will have hands on experience with office equipment and Microsoft packages, the ability to time manage and prioritize tasks and will hold themselves in an professional but enthusiastic manner.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience as a Receptionist, Admin Assistant, or a similar role.
The salary is £22,000 - £24,000 Per Annum, Dependant on Experience.
Hours of Work: 39 hours a week. (Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, Friday 8am to 3.30pm)
