Summary:
Tees Valley Hospital in Middlesbrough is a brand new facility part of Ramsay Health Care’s UK network of private hospital services.
Previously known as the Tees Valley Treatment Centre, the hospital has now moved to a purpose-built facility – Tees Valley Hospital in Acklam close to Middlesbrough town centre. It offers services to private and NHS patients for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of surgical conditions.
The Role:
As a Radiology Administrator you will be expected to provide administration support to the clinical teams and co-ordinate patient bookings as well as reception duties. Calling up patients and doing a pre-assessment questionnaire. Also, liaising closely with Radiology consultants and other hospital departments.
Skills and Attributes:
- A good understanding of administration processes and procedures
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills.
- Good verbal and writing communication skills.
