Job description
A vacancy exists for an Administrative Assistant with Sage accounting experience to work for a family Partnership involved in running two businesses at Cottage Farm, Creaton. The role will include a small amount of reception work and the processing of invoices, receipts etc. and other post and documents. The amount of hours a week is expected to be around 20hrs spread over a minimum of 4 days a week to be agreed.
The position will be in our office just North of Creaton on the A5199 Welford Road.
Skills and experience for the ideal applicant
- Must be computer literate (Excel, word, outlook).
- Previous experience with Sage accounts ledgers.
- Willingness to work as part as part of a team and help with general administrative tasks.
Salary based on experience.
