Proactive Cleaners have an exciting position for a junior sales/admin assistant to join a growing and friendly team based in Slough.

The core function of your role will be to provide support for the following:
Role Responsibility
- Dealing with sales, customer service, complaints, team logistics etc
- Taking Calls and enquiries via phone
- Booking jobs via internal management systems
- Emailing agents and customers
- Creating quotes/ sending quotes
- Chasing invoices
- Chasing enquiries
- Creating Databases
- Updating Accounts ledgers
- Booking parking
- Email campaigns fortnightly
- Populating database
- Handling essential administrative functions, including user maintenance, reports and dashboards.

- Previous Admin experience essential
