Job description

The post holder will provide administrative and sales support for the hospitality team, across several of the Club venues, ensuring accurate collating and recording of data, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with event preparation.

We are a small team, and our employees work together as an integrated team, under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer. Employees have key objectives to offer the highest standard of service and administration to our employees, customers, and supporters; Through our employees we aim to enhance the reputation of the club locally and on a national basis both on and off the pitch.

Organisational & Financial

· Assist in selling products and services across the PAFC network.

· Assist with administrative duties such as updating match-day and event function sheets, contacting clients to confirm dietary requirements and final details, preparing paperwork and other attributes for both match-days and non-match day events.

· Assist with the sales of birthday parties and small events for Harpers 5 a side football centre.

· Utilise the CRM system.

· Capture data and formulate so it is readily available as required within the Club.

· Support wider team in meeting and exceeding targets.

· Host matchday and non-matchday events.

· Deliver and maintain excellent customer service and delivery at all touch points.

· Seek out new opportunities to create effective change and suggest innovative ideas for improvement and revenue.

· Assist with inbound enquiries, to support the sales team.

· Any other duties as required and appropriate to the level of skill and accountability as set, within reason, by the Club.
