This is a great opportunity for an experienced Data Administrator/Data Coordinator to join our award winning friendly team based in South Leicestershire, LE19.
Key responsibilities of the Data Administrator/ Data Coordinator include:
- Process driven administration tasks, start to end
- High volume data processing, logging and updating internal systems, databases and Excel spreadsheets, data management
- Checking and cross referencing data and systems
- Pulling across data from one platform to another, filtering, sorting
- Liaising across internal teams via phone and email
- Assisting customers with enquiries via phone and email
- Managing a high volume of work, meeting required deadlines and ensuring 100% accuracy
Skills & Experience required from the Data Administrator/ Data Coordinator:
- Previous experience of working in a process driven environment
- Previous experience of high volume data processing, logging information, maintaining and updating systems
- Previous experience of using multiple systems/databases at any one time
- Competent, experienced administrator
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v look ups), Outlook and Word
- Ability to handle a high volume workload , remain calm & focused, meet deadlines required
- Ability to develop good working relationships, work well in a team but have initiative to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, multi task and manage changing priorities
- Driving licence preferred (due to location)
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9-5pm, 35 hours/week
Office based role during probation period (6 months). This is to enable on the job training, support and development. After probation, can apply for hybrid working - part office/ part home.
This role would suit a competent Data Administrator, Data Coordinator, Customer Service Administrator, Administration Officer, Business Support.
