Early Years' Admin Assistant
Pennington Village Preschool is a growing preschool looking for an admin assistant to continue admin duties within the preschool.
Hours will decrease in the half term's - this would make the perfect job role for a parent.

Children are cared for and nurtured; supported to challenge and develop themselves, and most importantly allowed to play and enjoy their childhood. We believe children learn best through play, particularly using our outdoor environment. We aim to provide a secure and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Duties include;
- HMRC software each week
- Paying into our company pension scheme
- Internet banking - keeping on top of bills and payments
- Accounts records and communicating with our accountant
- Updating the charity commission
- Annual accounts
- Parent invoices each half term
- Recording payments
- Claiming early years funding
- Early years' funding forms
- Emails and appointment organisation
- Ordering resources and supplies
- Creating registration and new starter packs
- Organising our office and record keeping
- Ensuring a healthy supply of forms for the team
Admin experience needed for this role, however I am happy to train the successful candidate to use specific software for the tasks above.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week
Salary: £10.42-£11.42 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lymington, SO41: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
Language:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
