Job description
Peakminds Psychology Services is offering a remote, part-time position for an office/account manager. The primary jobs include:
· Has to have experience working in the mental health field specifically in private clinics to be able to proceed with administrative tasks
· invoice clients weekly
· record incoming payments
· follow-up on unpaid accounts
· interact with third-party payers (e.g., insurance companies)
· Respond by phone and email to client enquiries
· communicate with intake-coordinator regularly
· Set up new clients and transfer information to intake coordinator
· Communicate to potential partners to provide psychological services
· such as balance sheets and income statements, which will enable the business to make be
· Education and Experience Requirements:
● Previous bookkeeping experience preferred
● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
● Experience in working with previous psychologists or somewhere in the mental health-related field
Work Hours
● Remote part-time hours (10 – 15 hours/week)
Bookkeeper Qualifications / Skills:

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
