PB Plant Hire is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to join our fast growing Company with immediate effect.
Role / Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Keeping diaries and arranging appointments
- Organising transport for orders
- Raising purchase orders
- Dealing with returns and liaising with internal and external personnel
- Inputting of tickets and stock control inventory
- Sorting and distribution of post
- Ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Assisting with Ad hoc duties where necessary
Requirements:
- Office administrator experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Diary management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good customer service and polite telephone manner
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Very good attention to detail
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressure
- Team player / Flexible attitude and willing to assist
- Reliable / Hard Working / Excellent Timekeeping
- Non Mechanical Plant Hire experience preferable
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 16:30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
